Creating A Massive MLM Downline Will Require A Team
The largest attraction of network marketing is the dream of making such an epic mlm downline that you can stop working and still make tons of money year after year. Of course this is not as easily done as they show you on that small 3 who gets 3 who gets 3 presentation that we’ve all seen. Getting only 3 people will nearly never produce the kind of results required to make that massive mlm downline.
It’s a proven statistic that all 3 people will not easily duplicate your success. I’ve found that 5% of my team will duplicate my success. This means to complete the first level of my pyramid with 3 solid people I had to get 60 people into my team. If their stats were the same, they too would have to get 60 people to fill their first level with the right people. This is the largest reason why your warm market alone will never build that epic mlm downline.
This brings up the issue of getting 60 people in your team, and then teaching other people to do the same. You’re going to have to generate a lot of leads to get 60 people into your team. Then you’re going to have to teach your team how to generate a lot of leads to get 60 people into their teams. That’s going to take a lot of time to teach other people to do this as well.
This is where leverage comes into the picture. I’m talking about automation, more specifically, using the internet for automation purposes. Now that you have them as leads you automatically send them through to some training or a presentation. Continue to build your relationship through automated follow-up and they will join your opportunity.
At this point your new team members would learn to do the same exact thing through your automated training that you have place together on your websites.
